How Do I Book a Barge Cruise?

You've decided on the barge cruise you want, and are ready to book. Now what?


Booking your barge cruise is as easy as 1-2-3. Here's what you do:
      1. If you would like to check availability on barges of interest, call or Check Availability.
      2. If you know which barge(s) you like, call or Request a Reservation for availability and reservations.
      3. We'll place an option on the cruise you want, and email the Booking Forms with instructions.
      4. You return the Booking Forms and deposit prior to the expiration date of the option, and we'll confirm your reservation in writing.

      How much is the deposit and when is the final payment due?

      That varies with each barge and will be detailed on the Terms & Conditions included with the Booking Form. Generally the deposit is due within 7 days of placing the option and is 25-33% of the cruise cost. The final payment is generally due 90 days prior to departure. For charters and many privately owned barges, all payments are non-refundable. We, therefore, recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance and will provide you with brochures.
